In 2009, our founder Julie was diagnosed with celiac disease. Not long after, she found out all four of her kids were gluten intolerant too. The family had to rethink every meal, and the options available were little to none. Empty grocery aisles, few restaurant items, and even less at her kids’ sports events. So, Julie started making her own. What began in her kitchen grew into a café, and with the help of a young executive chef and a great team, into a family run manufacturer shipping nationwide to customers and industry partners.
